These terms are an agreement between you and Founder Ventures Holdings, LLC, a Delaware company ("MakeClips", "we"). By using makeclips.io you agree to them.
You keep all rights to the videos you upload or link and to the clips we make. You give us a license to process them only to provide the service. You must own the videos or have permission to use them. Do not use MakeClips for content that is illegal or that you have no right to use.
Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Every plan starts with a 3-day trial. A card is required, and you pay nothing if you cancel in the trial. After a payment, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days. Minutes are counted on the length of the video you upload. Videos that fail to process do not use minutes.
Do not abuse, resell or attempt to break the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
We provide MakeClips "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
